About accommodation and reservations

Do you have a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list.
Vacancies change each day, so please confirm by phone or online whether rooms are available.
Do you allow underage guests to stay alone?
Yes. Underage guests may stay unattended, but they need to provide written consent from a parent or guardian.
Print the following PDF form and send it by post or fax.

Can we request a specific room number?
Unfortunately, we do not accept room requests.
Can we bring our pet?
Animals are not allowed in the rooms except for service or guide dogs for visually or hearing impaired guests.
Please inform us in advance by e-mail or when reserving by phone if you will be bringing a guide dog.
Can I use a gift card?
You may use vouchers issued by your credit card company.
Please provide your gift card at the front desk upon check-in before payment is made.
Do you have a cleaning service?
Yes. If you bring your laundry to the front desk by 9:00, we will have it cleaned and returned to you by 18:00 that day.
We also have coin laundry facilities available in the hotel for use 24 hours a day.

About the facility

Is there a bar or cafe in the hotel?
There are no bars or cafes operated by the hotel.
Is there a kiosk?
There is no kiosk within the building. However, a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the vending machines on 3F.
There is also a 24-hour convenience store (Lawson) and supermarket (foodium Dojima) 3-min from the hotel on foot.
Can I use the internet?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and on the front desk floor.
Please note that no wired (LAN cable) internet is provided.
What time is the breakfast?
Breakfast is served at Gihan Ebisudo on 2F on weekdays from 6:00 to 10:00 (L.O. 9:30)
and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 to 10:00 (L.O. 9:30).
Can I exchange money?
We do not offer this service at our hotel; however, the "WORLD CURRENCY SHOP" for Mitsubishi UFJ Bank is a 10-min walk from the hotel.

Is parking available?
We do not have a parking lot at our hotel.
Coin parking is available at the first floor and below our hotel. As this is not affiliated with our facility, please be aware that we cannot provide any discounts or other offers.

About the rooms and facilities

Do you clean our room every night when staying more than 2 nights?
We provide eco-friendly cleaning service.
For hygienic purposes, a regular cleaning service will be performed once in 3 days.
If you need us to clean your room, please contact the front desk by midnight for the following day’s cleaning.
Is there room service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide room service.
Is there a safe in the room?
Unfortunately, there are no safety boxes in the rooms.
Please deposit your valuables at the front desk.
(*Only our suite on 15F is equipped with a safety box).
Can I keep the room key as a souvenir?
We ask that all guests return their room key upon check-out.
Do you offer extra beds, cribs or bed guards?
Unfortunately, we do not carry these items.
In some rooms it is possible to move the bed next to the wall. Please let us know by phone or mail if you would like to request this.
